Most crimes are not prosecuted w/ the crime being caught on audio/video tape. Convictions are based on a preponderance of forensic and a lot of circumstantial evidence, along with witness testimony, suspects cooperation, defendant’s own false testimony and or prior statements.
Based on what Mueller said, any President can commit any crime on the planet, and cannot be indicted for it even under seal. The message is clear to the whole world, that if you are in a position of power in this country you cannot be held accountable for any crime. Fantastic.

Justin Amash, who has now doubled and tripled down on his conclusions about the Mueller report, making the case that Trump should be impeached, has absolutely NOTHING to gain and EVERYTHING to LOSE from doing so. That alone makes his statements so powerful.
